The Battery Management System controls LiFePO4 high voltage H48050 batteries. This model is used in the POWERCUBE X1 high voltage battery system. PowerCube-X1 is particularly suitable for applications of high power, small dimensions, reduced lift and long service life.
BMS allows you to manage and monitor cell information, including voltage, current and temperature. In addition, it can balance the charge and discharge of cells to extend the cycle time. Several batteries can be connected in parallel to increase the capacity and the power in parallel for a larger capacity and a longer power supporting the duration requirements.
The system has protective functions, in particular against excessive discharges, overcharges, over currents and high/low temperatures. The control module has internal and external power supplies.
